1. At first glance, Yolanda looks like an obvious deep winter. I was pretty confident myself of that assessment but like I do in most of my cases, I wanted to see more pictures of her in some deep autumn colors to test my theory. Her deep dark eyes could easily have been winter or autumn. And her skin is on the warm side, though it's not uncommon for deep winters to have a slight warm overtone to their skin. So in this case, '******draping' was key in diciding her exact season. The cool colors weren't bad, but the warmer deep colors helped her skin look more alive. Conclusion: deep autumn.
2. Kristina is another person who is easy to label a winter due to her dark hair an eyes. In fact, I debated this one for awhile. She is a friend of my niece so I got to analyze in person. And because K. looks good in so many colors, I thought for sure she was a winter until I really studied her eyes. They are a very deep green accented with caramel/gold areas. This is typical of many autumns: flecks of yellow or gold, or a starburst-like ring around the pupil. Again, being a mix of winter and autumn, this puts her in the deep autumn category.
Being the only autumn who can wear black successfully, she can get away with strong colors that only winters could normally wear. In fact, here's an example of her "pushing the boundaries" of her season from an autumn to a winter by wearing clear blue contacts and dying her hair black.
